White Label SEO for Agencies

Agencies need SEO they can sell without building a bench. The failure mode is a cheap offshore package with their logo on a report the account team cannot defend. White label only works when the delivery is senior enough that the agency is not afraid of the client reading it.

We are Shinobi, a Quezon City studio of Bright Forge SEO, the parent company. The money page for this offer is white label SEO. This note is for agency owners deciding whether to outsource the work at all.

Your brand. Our dojo. Approval-gated work. That only means something if the agency keeps the relationship and we keep the evidence.

01

What White Label Is Not

It is not a mystery task list. It is not a dashboard the agency cannot explain. It is not buying links in bulk and hoping the client never asks. It is not us pretending to be your staff on a kickoff call unless that is contracted and honest.

If the client asks who did the work, the agency should already know the answer it wants to give. Some agencies disclose a specialist studio. Some do not. Either way, the work has to stand.

White label is also not a substitute for the agency’s own site. If you cannot be found for the craft you sell, fix that separately.

02

What Should Be In The Room

A named owner at the agency. Access to Search Console, analytics, CMS and staging. A way to ship title, template and content changes. A rule for what we can publish without you, and what needs a human yes.

We propose. Publishing, client-facing messages and material changes stay human. That is the same approval gate we use on our own work.

Reporting should say what changed, why it matters, and what happens next. A ranking screenshot is not a narrative an account director can take into a quarterly.

03

Creative Sites Make This Harder

Agencies that serve games, film, fashion and culture cannot hand those accounts to a generic mill. Rendering, media, launches and catalogues break playbooks written for dentists and law firms.

If your clients ship WebGL, lookbooks or title sites, the white-label partner has to be able to sit in the technical work. PDF audits that say “improve crawlability” will bounce back to your developers as resentment.

Parent-company method from Bright Forge is allowed. Invented case metrics are not. Label parent proof as parent proof.

04

Commercial Boundaries

We do not publish wholesale rates here. Market commentary on white-label SEO still talks in project fees and monthly delivery retainers, often below the price the agency charges the client. The spread is the agency’s margin for relationship, creative and risk. If the spread only exists because the delivery is junk, the margin is fake.

Do not sell a 12-month lock-in on work you have not scoped. Do not promise the agency’s client a rank. Do not mix our studio name onto their proposal if the contract said silent delivery.

05

How To Trial It

Pick one account with a clear money page and a developer who can deploy. Run a diagnosis sprint. Ship two or three visible fixes. Review Search Console and the live HTML together. Then decide on a retainer.

If the agency cannot get credentials, the trial is already over. SEO without Search Console is guesswork you will both regret.

Google’s SEO Starter Guide is the shared floor with your client. Everything above that is evidence from their site.

When you want delivery rather than another partner pitch, use the white label page or request a review. We will not pretend to be a Manila headcount we do not have. Quezon City is the base. The work is remote-capable for agencies elsewhere in the Philippines and abroad.

White label fails when it is cheaper than the truth. It holds when the agency can stand in front of the work. ## Access, Branding And When To Walk Away

The agency keeps Slack with the client. We keep tickets with evidence. If the agency wants us on the client call, that is a different product and should be priced and named.

Brand guidelines for reports matter. If the PDF still looks like a crawl export, the account director cannot use it. If the PDF hides every limitation, the renewal will hurt.

Walk away when the client site cannot be crawled, when legal blocks every change, or when the agency wants manufactured links. None of those become easier because the invoice is white label.

Data access should be written down: who owns Search Console, who can add users, what happens at offboarding. Agencies that lose the only login when a contractor leaves are not ready to resell SEO.

Creative approvals can be slow. Build that into the sprint, or the monthly report will be a list of waiting items. Waiting items are not delivery.

If two agencies want exclusive white label in the same niche, say no to the second rather than watering the work. Exclusivity is a contract term, not a slogan on a web page.

06

Reporting Cadence The Account Team Can Use

Weekly is too often if nothing shipped. Monthly is too slow if a migration is live. Match cadence to risk.

Every report should include live URLs changed, not only charts. Charts without URLs cannot be QA’d by a designer.

If the agency reskins our findings into a deck, keep the findings intact. Softening “this template blocks indexing” into “opportunities for enhancement” is how clients stay broken.

07

When The Agency Should Keep SEO In-House

If SEO is the agency’s lead offer, build the bench. White label is for agencies whose lead offer is design, media or production and who still get asked for search.

If you already have a strong SEO lead, we can spike on creative-technical problems rather than own the retainer. That should be written as specialist days, not a silent takeover.

Training your team as we deliver is possible. It is slower. It is also how you stop needing white label. We will not pretend that is a threat. It is a healthy agency.

Do not use white label to hide a capability you sold on a slide. The client will ask a question the account team cannot answer. That is the incident that ends the relationship, not the monthly fee.

Put the approval path in writing before the first crawl. Who signs titles, who signs emails to the client, who can pause a sprint. White label without those names becomes a blame cycle. We would rather lose the trial than own a silent month.

Price the silence. If the agency needs us unnamed, the work still has to be good enough that the agency could admit it. Shame is a bad architecture. Pride in the pages is the only white-label test that lasts past the first quarterly.

If you cannot explain the last change to your client in one paragraph, do not ship the next one. White label is still your name on their calendar.

Agencies that treat SEO as a logo pack should not buy this. Agencies that treat it as delivery should. The difference shows in the first live URL we change together.
