A Production Company the Brief Can Find

A film production company Philippines search is a commissioner, brand or collaborator trying to find a crew that can actually make the thing. The reel can still win the room. The website has to survive the search that happens before anyone asks for Vimeo. If project pages never name the contribution, the reel never gets the chance.

We are Shinobi, a Quezon City studio of Bright Forge SEO, the parent company. We work with film, television and video teams who already make the work. The SEO problem is rarely “write more blogs about filmmaking”. It is whether project pages name the contribution, whether service pages match what you actually sell, and whether Google can read the portfolio without the motion.

If a potential client cannot tell from the first screen whether you produce commercials, long-form, branded documentaries or music videos, they will bounce to a competitor who said it plainly.

01

Name The Craft On The Right URL

Production search splits. Some people want a company. Some want a capability: commercials, corporate film, documentary, music video, live capture, post. Some want a project they already saw and cannot remember who made it.

Give the company one clear home. Give each capability you truly sell its own page only when the offer is real: crew, kit, examples, and a way to enquire. Do not clone one paragraph across ten service labels you cannot staff.

Project pages should say what you delivered. Direction, cinematography, edit, colour, VFX supervision, stills. A mood-board caption is not a credit. Credits are how later searchers connect a title to the studio.

02

Make Projects Findable Without Killing The Reel

The reel can stay. Search still needs a sentence it can index. Put the project title, client or commissioner where honest, year, and your role in HTML text. Then place the video. If the only explanation lives inside the player, you have a design object, not a page.

Check one important project: first HTML, rendered DOM, and a crawler view. Look for a distinctive sentence and a useful link. If either is missing until a canvas loads, fix the template before you commission a content programme.

Internal links should move from a project to the capability you want more of, and from the capability to contact. A grid of untitled stills does not do that.

03

Local Honesty For A Mobile Crew

Many Philippine production teams are based in Metro Manila and travel. Say that accurately. Quezon City is our base. If you shoot in Cebu or Davao, that is a service area or a travel offer, not a fake branch page.

Google Business Profile helps when clients visit an office, a studio or a sound stage. It helps less when you only ever meet on location. Do not force a map-pack strategy onto a company that has no public premises. If you do have a studio, keep the name, address, hours and website consistent.

City modifiers belong in titles only when they describe a real offer. “Film production Philippines” is honest for a company that takes briefs here. “Film production Cebu” is only honest if you can explain how you work there.

04

What To Improve Before Another Case Study

Most production sites already have enough projects. They lack titles, credits, dates and a service page that matches the invoice. Adding another case study on a broken template repeats the same failure.

Fix the project template. Write the two or three capability pages that match revenue. Connect them. Then decide whether a journal or newsroom earns anything beyond vanity.

Press pages should not outrank the work. If journalists need a kit, give them a kit URL. Do not let a PDF bury the only description of what you do.

05

Measurement Without Fake Fame

Do not promise a documentary will trend because you added schema. Measure whether the company name is indexed, whether project titles appear, whether capability pages earn impressions, and whether the contact form or email is used.

Google’s SEO Starter Guide is enough of a bar for most studios: crawl access, useful titles, text that matches the work, links that make sense. Structured data should match the visible page. Invented ratings and fake review stars are not a strategy.

Parent-company method from Bright Forge applies. Parent case numbers from other sectors do not become your IMDb rank.

06

How We Work With Production Teams

We start with the pages that should generate the next brief. We check whether those pages are indexed, whether the copy matches the actual offer, and whether the enquiry path works on a phone. Then we fix templates so new projects inherit the same structure.

The industry page for this work is film, TV and production SEO. If a live site is hiding the credits, request a review.

A production company does not need to sound like a generic SEO agency. It needs the work to be findable by the people who already want that kind of film. ## Credits, Archives And The Next Brief

Archives matter more in film than founders expect. A campaign from 2019 still gets searched when the brand hires again. Do not noindex old work just because the reel moved on. Do not keep twenty identical campaign microsites either. One project URL that still names the client and the craft is enough.

Passworded previews are a real need. Mark them noindex and keep them off the public sitemap. Mixing a private cutdown with the public case page is how confidential work leaks into Search Console.

Hiring talent and winning briefs are different sites jobs. A careers page can live. It should not cannibalise the production offer.

If you work through an agency, say whether the site is for direct clients, for agencies, or both. Mixed messages waste the first meeting.

For festivals, a listing is not your case study. Link the festival page if it helps proof, and keep your own URL as the place that explains the role.

When commissioners search a technique, they need a capability page, not a mood. When they search your company, they need the company. Do not force every query onto the homepage because the reel is there.

07

Reels, Passwords And Procurement Language

Procurement still searches dull terms: video production Philippines, corporate film Manila, TVC production Quezon City. Your reel can stay poetic. The service page should use the dull term once, then explain the craft.

If you only work through agencies, say so. Direct clients who cannot meet the minimum budget should hit a clear line, not a form that goes nowhere.

Live events and broadcast have different turnaround and crew. Do not mash them into one “content” page unless that is truly how you sell.

When a holding company owns several imprints, each imprint needs identity. Duplicate About copy across sister sites is how they cannibalise each other.

08

International Briefs From A Philippine Base

Export work is normal from Quezon City. The site can say that without fake foreign offices. Name the markets you have actually delivered in. Name the constraints: travel, kit, local crew, post remotely.

English commercial search is the default on this site. If you need Filipino-language pages, that is a separate information architecture, not a plugin toggle.

Commissioners in other countries will still search the company name plus the craft. Make sure the company name is consistent with invoices, IMDb-style credits and the domain.

Do not buy foreign city pages for London or Los Angeles because you once shot there. A project page that names the city is enough.
