Creative agency Philippines is a dull, useful search. A brand is looking for a design studio, a production partner, a campaign team or a specialist craft. Referrals will still matter. If the site only says we make work that matters, that searcher already left.
We are Shinobi, a Quezon City studio of Bright Forge SEO, the parent company. We are not asking agencies to become content farms. We are asking them to put the offer, the proof and the enquiry on URLs that match how buyers search.
White-label SEO for agencies is a different product. This page is about the agency’s own site being found for the work it wants more of.
01
Say The Work You Want More Of
An agency homepage that lists every possible craft is a menu, not a position. Pick the services that already pay: branding, digital, photography, content, production, packaging. Give each a page with process, proof and a next step.
Case studies should name the sector and the job, not only the mood. “FMCG film” and “hotel brand identity” are searchable. “A journey in light” is not, unless that is already the famous title.
If you want more of one kind of client, that kind of client needs a page. A general studio page will keep attracting general tyre-kickers.
02
Proof Without Invented Awards
Show the work. Name the parent relationships when a case came through Bright Forge or another studio. Do not invent percentages, 500-plus clients, or a Manila headcount you do not have.
Staff you publish should be real. We publish the people already on Shinobi. We do not add internal tools or unnamed “ninjas”. Agencies should do the same: named leads, real roles, no stock portraits labelled as partners.
Testimonials need a name and a company that exist. Anonymous praise is decoration.
03
Philippines Search Without A Fake HQ
Quezon City is a real base for us. Many agencies sit in Makati, Taguig, Cebu or Davao. Use the city you actually occupy. Service-area language is honest when you take briefs from other cities. A location page for a city with no staff, no office and no visiting rhythm is a directory clone.
Google Business Profile should match the door a client can arrive at. If you are remote-first, do not fake a map pin in BGC because it photographs well.
English commercial terms still carry Philippine B2B search: creative agency Philippines, branding studio Manila, production company Quezon City. Use them in titles and one plain sentence. Do not stuff.
04
Pages That Feed The Pipeline
The money pages are services, selected sectors, and contact. Journal posts help when they teach a buyer how to brief you. They waste time when they recap awards dinners.
Hiring pages are separate. If you need staff, say so on a careers URL. Do not mix job ads into the client offer.
A comparison page that attacks named competitors by insult will not make you look senior. A page that explains when a freelancer is enough, and when a studio is not, can.
05
Technical Bar For Agency Sites
Agency sites love motion. Search still needs text. Check that service and case templates render titles, bodies and links without a 12-second load. Core Web Vitals are not a personality test. They decide whether a tired brand manager waits.
Google’s SEO Starter Guide is the floor: crawl, titles, useful content, sensible links. Canonicals matter when the CMS clones case URLs for tags and pagination.
06
How We Work With Agencies
We either improve the agency’s own organic pipeline, or we deliver white-label SEO under the agency brand. Those should not be confused on the same proposal.
For the agency site itself, start at creative agencies and studios. To have the live site reviewed, contact us.
Search will not replace a good referral. It stops the pipeline dying when the referral does. ## Sectors, Procurement And The Long Brief
Sector pages only earn their URL when you have work and language for that sector. A hospitality page with no hospitality cases is a keyword costume. Better to name two sectors you can defend than ten you wish you had.
Procurement teams search in dull phrases: branding agency Philippines, digital agency Quezon City, production studio Manila. Dull is useful. Your case studies can still be sharp.
Credentials decks belong as a download next to a page, not as the only place the offer exists. PDFs are weak in search and worse on a phone.
If you run a second brand for a different craft, give it its own site or a clearly split section. Mixing a photography imprint into a performance-media site confuses both crawlers and clients.
Referrals will remain the main source for many studios. SEO is the backup generator and the way inbound briefs arrive already educated. That is enough. It does not need to replace the dinner where the work was first discussed.
When an RFP asks for SEO as a service you resell, that is white label, not this article. Keep the agency’s own organic pipeline on its own plan.
07
Proposals, PDFs And The Website That Has To Stand Alone
If the only good explanation of your process lives in a passworded proposal, inbound searchers never see it. Lift the non-confidential parts onto the service page.
Pitch work that cannot be shown still needs a public analogue: a similar sector, a similar constraint, a similar deliverable. Empty proof sections are why agencies stay referral-only.
When you add SEO, paid or development as resale, label who delivers. Clients can tell when the slide was borrowed.
08
Internals, Case URLs And The CMS You Already Have
Most agencies already pay for a CMS they underuse. Tag pages, author pages and infinite project filters often index junk. Clean that before you write a thought-leadership series.
Case URLs should be stable. Renaming a case because the designer liked a new slug kills links from the client and from press.
Internal links from services to cases should use the job as the link text, not “learn more”. Dull link text is good for search and for humans who are skimming.
If Webflow, WordPress or a custom React site is already in place, SEO has to live in that stack. Replatforming to make SEO easier is a development project. Do not hide it inside a content retainer.
Agencies that also sell websites should not let the template they sell clients be worse than their own. That hypocrisy is visible in search results.
A final test: swap your name for a rival studio. If the page still reads as true, it is too generic to rank or to convert. Put back the constraints, the sectors and the work you would be sad to lose. That page is harder to write and easier to find. Then stop adding services you cannot staff this year.
If you already rank for the founder’s name, do not fight that. Build the studio name beside it. Founder brands retire. Studio brands can be sold. Redirects from old personal domains should be planned, not hoped for after the incorporation papers.
Write the page you would still be willing to show a client you already respect. If you would hide it, it is not ready to rank either.
